Overview

Law on Call is looking for a Customer Services Sales & Onboarding Representative. Your duties will include: onboarding new Law on Call clients, explaining our service(s), how we can help, and helping establish positive client relationships.

By the time our clients are done talking with you, they’ll understand the value of the services we’re providing them. They’ll feel empowered to call our attorneys and start making the most of their Law on Call service. But even after those initial onboarding calls, you’ll be a voice for our clients in all things we create and do for them. You’ll bring feedback to the team so that we can continue improving our client experience and services. And in addition to working with current clients, you will be a front-facing sales person for non-clients.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong phone and written communications skills
  • Active listening skills
  • Good typing ability
  • Ability to connect with customers and provide support

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of customer service experience
  • 1+ years of sales experience
  • Experience working in a law firm
