Overview
Law on Call is looking for a Paralegal who’s ready to work in nontraditional law firm setting.
As an essential point of contact with our clients, you’ll have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects and disciplines. Your duties will include drafting documents, communicating with clients, doing legal research, and working closely with our attorneys on legal strategy.

Responsibilities
- Drafting and reviewing documents
- Communicate with clients over the phone and email
- Build client relationships
- Conduct legal research on wide-ranging topics
- Work closely with attorneys to define and implement legal strategies
- Ability to learn and adapt to an autonomy driven, employee focused company culture

Minimum Qualifications
- 3+ years experience as a paralegal or in a similar legal administrative role
- Strong clerical skills with an emphasis on organizational ability
- Excellent proofreading skills to ensure accuracy in legal documents
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years experience as a paralegal or in a similar legal administrative role
- Experience working in Utah or Arizona
- Experience with the Utah sandbox or Arizona Alternative Business Structure (ABS)
