Overview:

We are one of the highest volume Trademark law firms in the US and we’re just getting started. You will get to work with companies of all shapes and sizes and help them protect their business. Do you enjoy trolling small business and sending them endless cease and desist letters to put it in the file for your client in case they need to show they guarded their mark someday? Just kidding. Kind of. But wouldn’t it be neat if you helped our customers trademark their IP in a great class and you got one on the other end and then you were able to use that to make their mark better? That would fun. Or wouldn’t it be fun if your client got a great mark, someone violated it, and you were able to put the fear of something into them and maybe they even paid your client a few grand for the efforts? That would be fun.

Trademark Law is the most fun law because of how all over it is and how subjective it is.

A Day in the Life:

You’ll file a lot of trademarks. Talk to a lot of clients. Answer a lot of questions. Calm clients down when they realize someone is using their hard earned name. Send a few cease and desist letters. Teach your customer service reps, legal assistants, paralegals, and trademark filers about the law and get to enjoy watching them grow a career for themselves and you get to learn a crazy new skill as a lawyer: helping other employees around you develop.
