Upon her return to New York, she began working as an administrative assistant for a pharmaceutical advertising company in Manhattan. Shortly thereafter she was promoted to "New Business Coordinator" where she was responsible for seeking out, obtaining and maintaining new business opportunities.

Jennifer joined Sandback, Birnbaum & Michelen in 1995 as an Administrative Assistant. Through dedication and diligence, she was promoted in January of 1998 to Office Manager. In that position, she oversees the day-to-day operation of both the Criminal and Personal Injury departments of the firm. She is also responsible for personnel, accounts receivable and payable and all other administrative functions.
